Problem: Educate members on telehealth options during a global pandemic.

As the pandemic started to change the world and lockdowns took hold, Kaiser Permanente reached out to the Standard Press team to build a campaign that would educate members about online telehealth options in an effort to keep in person traffic out of their facilities. I worked with Kaiser and the Standard Press team to build an email marketing campaign and online resource center for all things telehealth.

I decided to condense the large amount of information into accordion style drop downs to make page navigation smoother and information easier to digest for the user. The campaign consisted of several emails and a direct mail piece to drive traffic to the online telehealth center. Working with a large, nationwide healthcare client presented some new workflows and processes we had not been used to, but both my team and Kaiser worked together and in the end achieved above average email open rates and a way to educate members to create a safer world during a global pandemic.

Outcome: Above industry average email open rates and a source to inform members of safe, telehealth options
